To give our customers a deeper discount in our products, we often post monthly sales promotions. If you don't see one, please be sure to check back with us again. We try to post special sales or holiday sales regularly.
All of our shipping charges are based according to weight of the final shipping package and the carriers shipping charges. Our primary choice of express and ground shipping carriers are UPS and FedEx. We also use USPS for priority, 1st Class, and Express mail to give our customers a choice of shipping methods. A small handling fee is added into the shipping charge to cover the costs for processing, packaging and transporting of items in certain cases.
Please note: In cases where the quoted shipping charges are too low to ship by the customer's choice of shipping carrier, we reserve the right to change the carrier. The customer will not be charged any additional shipping charges in this case, with exception to international shipping (see international shipping below).
Normal Transit times:
- Please note, transit day starts the day after the package is picked up or delivered to the carrier service and NOT the day the order is placed.
- Next Day Air - Guaranteed on-time delivery by 10:30 a.m., 12:00 noon, or the end of next business day depending on location. Some shipments to and from certain locations may require additional time in transit.
- 2nd Day Air - Guaranteed delivery to all 50 states and Puerto Rico by the end of the second business day. Deliveries to certain locations in Alaska and Hawaii may require additional time in transit.
- 3rd Day Delivery - Guaranteed delivery by end of 3rd business day to and from every U.S. address in the 48 contiguous states. Days in transit is considered to start day after the package is picked up for delivery.
- Ground - Guaranteed day of delivery to all 50 states and Puerto Rico. Days in transit is considered to start the day after the package is picked up by the carrier service. Ground service usually takes 3 to 6 business days for delivery depending on location.
All deliveries are made within the normal business hours Monday - Friday excluding holidays. All ground and express deliveries are guaranteed on schedule by delivery date except under conditions that are out of control by the carrier service. Such conditions may include but not limited to: airline delays, hazardous weather conditions, disruptions in air or ground transportation networks, stirkes, custom regulations, and
acts of public authorities.
If you are ordering an item to be shipped Internationally, you may email us ahead of time to receive proper shipping cost quotes. Please note, All International shipments are made by U.S. Postal Service unless FedEX or UPS International service is requested. Shipments to Canada maybe delivered by U.S. Postal Service or by UPS only. Customers are responsible for paying all import taxes or duties.
Orders Above $150.00
In order to ensure proper delivery to our customers all orders above the amount of $150.00, will be shipped directly to the customer's billing address. Orders will also require a telephone verification of the order. All deliveries by UPS or FedEx will also require a signature for the delivery confirmation.
All CLEARANCE ITEM SALES ARE FINAL. NO REFUND OR EXCHANGES WILL BE MADE FOR CLEARANCE ITEMS
Not happy with your purchase, thats ok, we understand and we try to make the return process as easy as possible. We have a 30 day return policy.
Video games and video game systems are excluded from this return policy. All sales on video games and video game systems are final - no refunds and exchanges. All warranties on video games and video game systems are passed on to its manufacturers.
All items being returned must receive prior return authorization. No items will be accepted without it. If the item is being returned due to a manufacturing defect, the returns must be made directly to the manufacturer (see below under heading Warranties and Product Support). All returned items will be charged a 20% restocking fee. All shipping costs (from the customer and back to the customer) is the responsibility of the customer. The item must also be in its original package with no marks or defects to the packaging.
To qualify for a refund, ALL items must be returned in their original condition, including the original packaging and containers, documentation, warranty cards, manuals, and all accessories. Do not mark or deface original manufacturer containers in any manner. We will not accept returns if packaging is not in its original condition - we will return such items to you.
All Shipping costs for returns or exchanges are the sole responsibility of the customer.
All refunds will be issued by a company check.
Software or CD's that are opened can NOT be returned or refunded. If the item is a manufacturing defect, please contact the manufacturer of the item, if they are unwilling to resolve the issue email us and we will try to find a way to resolve the issue.
Please include a copy of the original packing slip and your contact information. Once we receive the item, we will contact you. For your assurance, we recommend that you ship the item by insured mail or by a tracable carrier.

Warranties and Product Support
All product warranties are passed on to the manufacturer. If you are having problems with any of your purchased items, the quickest and easiest way to resolve the problem is to contact the manufacturer directly. They can help you recalibrate or reset any electronic systems or even help trouble shoot any problems you may have with a product. All orders must be canceled before they are shipped.
If an order is cancelled after it has been shipped, the customer will be responsible for all shipping fees and restocking fees related to order cancellations that have already shipped.
